Environmental Technical Assistance for the Administration of Public Buildings – “CEF Midfield Secondary School” Project

The Administration of Public Buildings plans the development of a school complex called the “New Technical Secondary School of the Centre” (hereinafter, “Midfield” Secondary School),
on a site of approximately 5 hectares, currently wooded, located south of the city of Luxembourg (Gasperich).

Faunal surveys have revealed the presence of several protected animal species (notably the hazel dormouse, the common wall lizard, and various bird species), as well as protected plant species (orchids).

This project aimed to support and advise the Administration of Public Buildings in the procedures and planning of mitigation and compensation measures, including the coordination of these measures.
