LSC360 publishes its Sustainability Report 2024: a global vision for a sustainable future

At LSC360, sustainability is a founding principle that is integral to our strategy and guides every project, every decision and every collaboration. With the publication of its 2024 Sustainability Report, the company once again affirms its commitment to combining engineering, innovation and responsibility to shape a fairer, more sustainable and more humane future.

An integrated and ambitious strategy

In 2024, LSC360 continued its commitment through a CSR strategy structured around five areas: ethical governance, environmental impact, social responsibility, societal engagement and professional expertise. The report illustrates how these dimensions are interconnected to produce shared and sustainable value.

With nearly 50 years of expertise in engineering, urban planning and the environment, LSC360 today affirms its uniqueness: a 360°, integrated, multidisciplinary and deeply committed approach.

Emissions reduction: a clear and measurable action plan

Reducing our carbon footprint is a priority. By 2024, all our premises will have switched to 100% green electricity, internal travel will have been rationalised, and a responsible purchasing policy will have been reinforced (with more than 90% of the supplier budget allocated to local companies). LSC360 aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 for scope 1 and 2, and aims to reduce scope 3 emissions by 30% by the same deadline.

The report also details the systematic integration of the circular economy, the reuse of materials, and energy optimisation in projects, from design to deconstruction.

Employees at the heart of the transformation

For LSC360, performance is driven by people. The company implements concrete actions to promote well-being at work: yoga sessions, massages, mental health days, personalised training and a stimulating work environment.

With a committed diversity policy, internal participation tools such as “LSC Ideas & Improvements,” and the systematic implementation of annual reviews, LSC360 invests in the fulfilment of its employees.

Exemplary and participatory governance

LSC360’s governance is based on total transparency, direct employee involvement, and an ethical charter signed by the board of directors. The report also highlights the rise of committees dedicated to innovation, sustainable development, and artificial intelligence.

The model is clear: to build collective decisions that are aligned with the challenges of today and tomorrow.

A committed player in society

In 2024, LSC360 initiated or continued numerous actions with a strong social impact: 165 hours of volunteer work offered to employees, blood donations, support for young people through the “Future Generation” programme, commitment to education in Senegal and its “Wishing Tree” solidarity initiative at Christmas.

All these initiatives reflect a desire to go beyond its primary missions to generate a tangible positive impact.

An open and transparent publication

The 2024 Sustainability Report is available here. It is intended for all LSC360 stakeholders and reflects the company’s desire to report, explain and progress in a fully transparent manner.
