Special Development Plan « Pescher »

The Pescher district corresponds to the urbanization of a large northern section of the Route d’Arlon in Strassen. The Urban Planning Department’s task was to develop the PAPs based on the Pescher Master Plan (phases 4 to 6) from 2009.

The four cumulative phases, covering approximately 16.3 hectares, resulted in four successive PAPs along with several minor amendments.

LSC360 also carried out the implementation of PAP IV and VIA.
