A new landing stage for public safety on the Moselle

On 17 June, the OA2513 dock was officially inaugurated in Grevenmacher by the Minister for Mobility and Public Works, Yuriko Backes, and the Minister for Home Affairs, Léon Gloden, in the presence of Monique Hermes, Mayor of Grevenmacher, officials from the Grand Ducal Police, the CGDIS – Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps, and the Administration of Bridges and Roads.

This strategic infrastructure strengthens the operational capabilities of the Grand Ducal Police and the CGDIS in the east of the country.

At LSC360, we are proud to have contributed to this high-tech public interest project. Designed to enable the safe mooring of boats and the rapid launch of emergency response units, this new structure includes:
🔹 A retaining wall made of secant piles
🔹 A 575 m² platform suitable for vehicle traffic
🔹 Two 8-tonne cranes and a 36-metre launch ramp
🔹 A technical room and a water management system with a hydrocarbon separator
🔹 And more than 90 Ø1200 piles and 39 Ø50 tie rods anchored at a depth of 26 metres

🔎 Our mission? Feasibility studies, structural design, execution plans, technical assistance during construction.

This quay not only facilitates emergency and safety operations on the Moselle, it also embodies precision engineering in the service of the community.
