The General Development Plan (PAG) is a regulatory document composed of written and graphic provisions that cover the entire municipal territory. It divides this territory into different zones and defines its land use, the rules of urbanisation, as well as the principles of mobility, environmental protection and infrastructure management. Its objective is to organise human activities in a coherent and sustainable manner in order to ensure balanced municipal development, in accordance with legal requirements and local needs, in accordance with the amended law of 19 July 2004.

- Preparation of master plans for areas subject to PAP “new district”
- Realization of the “existing district” PAP: definition of rules adapted to urbanized neighborhoods and harmonization with the objectives of the PAG
