The project consists of the construction of 6 residential buildings of three different types

Moderate type:

• Lot B1: 28 units, gross area 3,800 m²

Type 2 High-end:

• Lot B2: 21 units, gross area 4,711 m²

• Lot B3: 23 units, gross area 5,014 m²

• Lot B6: 31 units, gross area 5,499 m²

Type 1 Ultra high-end:

• Lot B4: 10 units, gross area 3,000 m²

• Lot B5: 12 units, gross area 3,500 m²

Acoustic criteria were established according to ILNAS 103-1 standard
