The “Am Lein” development project in Mertert aims to create a new economic activity zone, divided into two distinct sectors: an activity zone and a special zone. It includes the construction of several artisanal halls, modular buildings, as well as spaces intended for artisanal, commercial, or logistical activities. Collective facilities, professional services, and catering establishments will complement the development to meet the needs of the area.
Designed with an environmentally friendly approach, the project integrates retention basins for surface water management as well as landscaping in connection with the proximity of the Natura 2000 area. The location and architecture of the buildings have been planned to minimize noise disturbances to neighboring residential areas. No service stations will be allowed, but service housing can be provided for security personnel.
This project reflects a desire to boost the economic dynamism of the territory while ensuring the preservation of local quality of life.
