Natural environment

The legal framework for environmental procedures in Luxembourg has undergone continuous development in recent years and will continue to be subject to further adjustments in the future. Against this backdrop, it can be complex to select the appropriate procedure and commission the necessary studies, depending on the planning level and project.

Against this backdrop, CFL has requested technical support from LSC360, an accredited environmental consultancy, in order to be able to respond quickly to specific questions or tasks. The technical support includes technical assistance, the preparation and follow-up of the necessary permit applications in accordance with the amended Water Act of 19 December 2008, the amended Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Act of 15 May 2018 and the amended Nature and Natural Resources Protection Act of 18 July 2018.
