As part of the PAP Potaschbierg project (approved on 8 June 2025), we carried out a comprehensive site analysis and developed a sustainable utilisation concept in the preliminary design phase. Based on this, we carried out the technical elaboration of the preliminary design with a special focus on mobility solutions, the technical design of the open spaces and the planning of wastewater disposal.
Another central component of our services was the preparation of the complete PAP dossier, consisting of the written part, the graphic presentation and a detailed explanatory report.
Technical coordination with the client – the city of Grevenmacher – the property owners and the relevant administrative authorities was an important factor in the success of the project.
We also took on the management of an interdisciplinary planning team consisting of architects, urban planners, hydrologists, environmental engineers, mobility experts and road construction engineers.
