Office Renovation – 22 Rue Goethe

Simon-Christiansen & Associates was commissioned to design the acoustics for the offices at 22 Rue Goethe, Luxembourg. The renovation works focus on giving the building a new identity, modernizing the façades, interior fit-out, and upgrading the staircase and sanitary facilities.

The office building consists of 6 levels including a reception hall, a lobby area, and technical rooms. Office spaces are located on the upper floors with supporting amenities such as restrooms, terraces, and meeting areas.

On the +1 level, a coworking area is provided at the rear. Acoustic treatments ensure a balanced work environment that supports both communication and concentration. The glazing acoustics of the façade have been designed to reduce ambient noise levels in the offices.
