Lamesch Mixed Hall

This project consisted of the expansion of the Lamesch Prezero plant in Bettembourg. Constantly evolving, the company had multiple needs.

This mixed-use building now houses:

ground-floor garage spaces for dump trucks

offices for administrative staff on the upper floors

To minimize delays as much as possible, our teams handled the design phase with space programming through to the execution phase with formwork and reinforcement plans.

Off-site prefabrication was extensively used to further increase implementation efficiency.
