The PAP NQ ELMEN 01 is the first PAP NQ of the large-scale ELMEN project. It concerns the first phase, the central village, which will host all collective facilities, supply infrastructures, as well as housing-related functions to ensure a development meeting the sustainability criteria imposed by the Government for large-scale projects. Two other PAP NQ plans for the eastern and western parts (eastern village and western village) will follow. The central village will include approximately 390 housing units (50% houses / 50% apartments) and about 950 inhabitants. Overall, ELMEN will accommodate between 730 and 750 housing units with 1,750 to 1,800 inhabitants.
