Implementation of the “Faïencerie” Detailed Development Plan

Road construction & various networks

The “Faïencerie” project aims to redevelop the former Villeroy & Boch faience site in Rollingergrund, Luxembourg, which is currently derelict. Covering 8.5 hectares, the site is now integrated into the urban fabric of the City of Luxembourg. The objective is to develop a mixed-use district with over 809 housing units, commercial, office, and service areas.

The transfer to the municipal public domain amounts to approximately 32%. The project is the result of close collaboration with the City of Luxembourg and its services. It is a complex project involving numerous technical challenges.

As well as a significant coordination component:
• Coordination with numerous stakeholders: project owner, City of Luxembourg (road services, pipelines, drinking water, mobility, …), Administration of Public Works…
