Gemini ONE Residence (former KBL Bank – Lot A1 of the PAP)

This ultra-luxury residence is located in the new residential district « Millewee » in the Commune of Bertrange. The apartments are the result of the transformation of the former KBL bank.
The building consists of 5 levels, including 3 underground floors, featuring exceptional common areas such as a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and fitness room.

Detailed structural studies allowed the reinforcement of the existing building to preserve the basement volume while constructing an R+4 reinforced concrete superstructure.
