The project consists of 9 buildings totaling 53,000 m² of office space, a hotel, 5 restaurants, a food court, a large central park, a gym, retail spaces, and a nursery, 2,400 m² of photovoltaic panels, and a low-carbon structure.

Key features
Botanica aims to be exemplary in sustainable development by combining resource efficiency, the use of bio-based materials, and new technologies. Innovative and durable infrastructures with high ecological certifications: the implementation of a timber structure for 8 of the 9 buildings allows a 30% reduction in CO₂ emissions during construction.
The Acoustics Department of LSC360 addresses the challenges of sustainable construction, particularly through its numerous CLT projects in Luxembourg. The relatively light weight of timber presents a challenge for acoustic insulation, especially at low frequencies.
Nevertheless, our studies and optimizations on the Botanica project have enabled us to achieve the required performance to comply with environmental certification standards.
