A new milestone for LSC Engineering Group, the parent company of LSC360

LSC Engineering Group announces the appointment of Myriam HENGESCH as Chair of its Board of Directors

LSC360 is part of LSC Engineering Group, a Luxembourg-based engineering group comprising several complementary companies which, for nearly 50 years, has been supporting public and private sector organisations in the design, implementation and management of urban planning, infrastructure, building and regional development projects. Through its various entities, the Group brings together a wide range of expertise to deliver an integrated approach to engineering, based on innovation, sustainability and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Following its Annual General Meeting, LSC Engineering Group announces the appointment of Myriam HENGESCH as Chair of its Board of Directors. A committed director within the Group, she brings a vision of governance based on collegiality, collective responsibility, dialogue and the creation of sustainable value.

As the Group continues to grow and strengthen its organisational structure, this appointment reflects the desire to build on a solid, balanced and long-term approach to governance, promoting high-quality decision-making, transparency of information and the alignment of stakeholders around key strategic issues.

As a collegial body, the Board of Directors of LSC Engineering Group brings together directors with complementary areas of expertise under its Chair. Certain roles have been allocated amongst them in the areas of strategy, governance, finance, innovation, strategic partnerships, technology monitoring and inter-company development. This diversity of skills helps to ensure balanced and responsible leadership in support of the sustainable development of the Group and its subsidiaries.

Through this appointment, the Board of Directors reaffirms its commitment to rigorous, responsible and forward-looking governance, in keeping with the values that have always underpinned the growth and long-term viability of LSC Engineering Group.
