At LSC360, sustainability is no longer a parallel path to business operations; it has become a structural component of them. With the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report, the company presents, for the first time since its merger in November 2024, a consolidated overview of its sustainability strategy, based on a double materiality assessment and strengthened governance.
Drawing on nearly 50 years of expertise in engineering, urban planning, and environmental services, LSC360 embraces a clear vision: to design, shape, and inspire a more responsible, people-centered, and sustainable society through an integrated 360° approach.
A Consolidated Organization, a Clearer Strategy
The year 2025 marked a key milestone in LSC360’s organizational development. A strategic workshop led to the definition of eight priority areas: responsible governance, qualitative growth, innovation, skills development, sustainable practices, partnerships, client satisfaction, and organizational culture. These priorities laid the foundations for a more coherent and operational strategy across the company.
An Innovation Workshop further strengthened the company’s internal innovation capabilities, notably through the appointment of innovation ambassadors within each division.
This momentum is supported by a clear governance framework organized around advisory committees and working groups, each playing a key role in decision-making and guiding strategic initiatives.
Emissions Reduction: Reaffirmed Ambitions, Tangible Results
LSC360 continues to implement its decarbonization plan, structured around the three emission scopes.
For Scope 1, the company aims to achieve a fully electric vehicle fleet by 2030. For Scope 2, already reduced to just 0.6% of the company’s total carbon footprint thanks to the use of 100% renewable electricity, neutrality is within reach. For Scope 3, LSC360 is targeting a 30% reduction in indirect emissions by 2030.
These efforts have received external recognition. LSC360 was awarded Mobility Leader of the Year at the HR Evolution Summit 2025, organized by Humakina, in recognition of its initiatives in sustainable mobility and hybrid remote working (up to 20% of working time). The company also took part in Mobiz’s Mobility Challenge 2025, achieving a saving of 967 kg of CO₂ through the collective commitment of its teams.
Biodiversity is addressed through concrete and ongoing actions. Among them, the beehives installed on the company’s premises since 2022 and managed by a beekeeper from Hunnegkëscht generated a €600 donation to IBLA asbl in 2025.
Employees at the Heart of the Transformation
With 259 employees and 46 new hires in 2025, of whom 98.57% reported satisfaction with the recruitment process, LSC360 continues to invest in its people.
The company welcomed 58 students and interns and launched its first “Young Talents” training program, combining technical expertise with soft skills development. In total, 5,682 hours of training were delivered throughout the year.
In terms of health and safety, LSC360 officially joined the Vision Zero initiative in 2025, reaffirming its belief that no workplace accident is acceptable. A dedicated World Safety and Health Day focused on road safety awareness, enabling employees to learn through immersive workshops and practical experiences.
The internal employee satisfaction survey, with a participation rate of 56.4%, revealed an overall satisfaction rate of 89.2%.
The year also saw the launch of the first edition of the LSC360 Awards, held during the company’s Christmas celebration, recognizing excellence in four categories: Project of the Year, Operational Excellence, Initiative Spirit, and Rising Star.
Governance Recognized Internationally
In 2025, LSC360 developed a double materiality matrix based on more than 65 stakeholder interviews, enabling the company to identify the ESG topics most material to its business activities.
This initiative was accompanied by increasing external recognition. The company participated in the ESG Summit in Bonn as part of the European Sustainability Week, where its CSR Manager was appointed as a member of the European ESG Transparency Committee. LSC360 also achieved Predicate Class status in its ESG reporting, confirming the reliability of its performance indicators.
Furthermore, the company obtained its fourth ESR (Socially Responsible Enterprise) certification renewal, achieving Ambassador level in the category “Improving the Environmental Impact of Buildings.”
LSC360’s governance charter has been signed by 100% of its Board of Directors, and no cases of corruption or environmental and safety regulatory non-compliance were recorded in 2025.
A Company Committed to Society
In 2025, LSC360 further strengthened its responsible procurement approach. A Sustainable Procurement Charter was introduced to suppliers, achieving a 100% signature rate, while more than 85% of procurement spending remained allocated to local suppliers.
On the social front, the company multiplied its solidarity initiatives, including:
A third blood donation campaign organized with the Luxembourg Red Cross;
A school supplies collection for a training center in Madagascar;
Support for the association Stëmm vun der Strooss;
The traditional Wish Tree initiative, which fulfilled the wishes of 138 children supported by the Fondation Maison de la Porte Ouverte.
LSC360 also launched its Payroll Giving program, enabling employees to support, directly through payroll contributions, an inclusive education project in Senegal benefiting 900 children with disabilities.
In addition, employees contributed 108 hours of volunteer work in 2025 across various fields, including inclusion, education, and environmental protection.
