The building consists of a ground floor and three upper floors.

11 four-bedroom apartments
Nine apartments are reserved for elderly residents, and five are adapted to accommodate persons with reduced mobility.
The building, with AAA energy class, was designed by architect Arlette Schneiders and features two covered external staircases. Access to the apartments is via galleries, promoting social interaction among residents, complemented by a shared garden at the rear, connected to other private and cooperative gardens in the neighborhood.
