The construction system is based on the use of 2D CLT elements. The façade is made with LEKO walls to reduce the project’s carbon footprint.
The project required highly detailed acoustic studies on the CLT performance for both airborne and impact noise.
The acoustic criteria used are derived from the ILNAS 103-1 standard for residential buildings.

The project involves the construction of a student residence with 133 units, designed with very high environmental ambitions. The building aims to achieve a very high performance CARBON FOOTPRINT rating, which led to the choice of a timber structure.
