Road construction & various networks

The new neighborhood will feature 49 family houses and 32 apartments designed to meet modern standards of comfort and energy efficiency. Residents will enjoy the charm of the countryside while having easy access to essential amenities.

The PAP provides for the development of residential streets (Zone 20) and three small plazas. The existing rural road, Rue de Kremerich, separating the two areas, is not part of this PAP but will be developed as a residential street (Zone 30). Soft mobility paths connect the different streets, designed without sidewalks so that vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians share the road, creating a genuine meeting space while limiting car traffic.

Parking spaces are grouped around plazas and turning areas to minimize longitudinal parking along the streets and will preferably be made of permeable materials.

To ensure landscape integration and strengthen the connection with the surrounding area, a green corridor will be established along the existing rural road. The neighborhood will include two large green spaces designed to accommodate retention basins, including a partly underground basin. These landscaped areas enhance the integration of the neighborhood and, due to frequent water presence, also offer high ecological potential, which will be developed using only local plant species.

Our missions

• Residential roads, 20 and 30 km/h zones, with 30 km/h zone roads finished with asphalt and paving, and parking areas with permeable pavers
