GridX

The new GridX center has been designed as a new hub of attraction and brings together numerous activities: artisanal and commercial, event and cultural, administrative, hotel, and gastronomic.

In total, 140 units will be dedicated to commercial and artisanal activities on this site, which also opens up to B2B and business tourism with, on one hand, a 133-room hotel, and on the other hand, a 900 m² business center and a 1,400 m² event hall with a seating capacity of 900.

While concrete is a widely and logically used material for such an infrastructure, the metal beams supporting the whole are made of ArcelorMittal XCarb steel with a reduced carbon footprint. The hotel itself is composed of prefabricated walls including concrete and insulation for faster assembly, as well as reduced transport. The site will be equipped with more than 4,000 m² of solar panels.
