In accordance with the law of 15 May 2018 and its Grand-Ducal regulation of 15 May 2018, and in particular point 28 of Annex I of the Grand-Ducal regulation, an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is required for the construction of a cogeneration plant requiring more than 100 tonnes of waste wood per day as fuel. Consequently, the EIA procedure for this project was followed by LSC360 during the first and second phases of the environmental impact assessment.
