EIB WEST CAMPUS Boulevard Konrad Adenauer

We were commissioned to carry out topographic services across the entire site of the European Investment Bank’s West Campus.

The first task was to perform a complete and detailed survey of all existing topography on the site. All visible elements were recorded using all technical means at our disposal to be as complete and accurate as possible. The exterior survey was conducted using a GNSS system for national georeferencing, combined with a total station for the traverse and detailed points.

A drone survey was carried out to obtain inaccessible information such as tree heights and roof details.

The second task focused on acquiring structural data of the building. Level 2 was fully scanned using an RTC360 scanner, capturing data and photographic documentation. A floor plan including all elements relevant for future studies was delivered, also serving as a basis for checking the existing plans.

The exterior perimeter and building façades were scanned to model the building’s volume.
