Strategy 2025 Workshop: Strengthening the foundations of our shared future

In January, the entire LSC360 management team gathered in Trier for a day of reflection and strategy planning for the coming years. This workshop, co-designed and facilitated by Xavier Delposen of Coévolution, was an opportunity to discuss our priorities, strengthen cohesion between divisions and reinforce the foundations for a shared future.

Together, we explored our roles, our contributions and the resources needed to achieve our ambitious goals. These moments of exchange, collaborative work and collective reflection enable us to chart a clear path for the future and continue to strengthen our impact.
