Six new partners join the LSC Engineering Group shareholder base

Since 2025, six new partners have joined the management team at LSC Engineering Group, a major player in engineering and consulting in Luxembourg, Europe and Africa, including five employees from LSC360. This development marks a new stage in the structuring of LSC Engineering Group and the consolidation of its long-term vision: to build a leading player combining technical expertise, innovation and sustainable commitment.

LSC360, the central pillar of the Group, embodies this ambition.

Born out of the merger of several recognised entities (Luxplan, Simon-Christiansen & Associés, Devolux, LSC Environmental Engineering, Luxsense, Carlo Mersch Ingénieurs Paysagistes, Zilmplan), LSC360 has established itself as a strong brand, driven by a cross-disciplinary approach and a strong commitment to sustainability. Its model is based on a multidisciplinary approach, tailor-made support for clients and an ability to respond to the most complex challenges in land use planning, construction and infrastructure.

The integration of these new partners reflects the group’s desire to promote internal talent, establish responsible governance and support the strategic development of LSC360, in particular by strengthening its position in Luxembourg and internationally.

A 360° engineering model

With nearly 50 years of experience, LSC360 combines innovation, sustainability and technical excellence. With the arrival of these new partners, the company is confirming its ambition to be a leading player, capable of supporting projects of all sizes while anticipating developments in the sector.

“LSC360 is based on a unique synergy, where each area of expertise contributes to a global and interconnected vision of projects, explains Myriam Hengesch, Managing Director of LSC360. “The integration of these new partners reflects our desire to promote internal talent and ensure consistent and sustainable development.”

A governance model based on internal expertise

LSC Engineering Group is based on a fundamental principle: its partners are exclusively employees of the Group’s subsidiaries. This model guarantees governance by those who build the company on a daily basis, with a vision aligned with its values and ambition. “By giving talented members of the teams access to share ownership, the Group rewards their commitment, expertise and in-depth knowledge of the business and the challenges facing the sector. This approach ensures the Group’s long-term independence, guarantees that strategic decisions are in line with the reality on the ground, and reinforces a culture of commitment and knowledge transfer,” explains Alain Wagner, Managing Director of LSC360. This dynamic is the source of its strength: a collective of committed experts working together to shape a sustainable and innovative future.

The new partners:

Marco Huemann – Service Coordinator | Natural Environment

With a master’s degree in environmental sciences and a PhD in pedology, Marco Huemann joined LSC360 in 2013 as a project manager in the Environment department. He gradually expanded his responsibilities, becoming Natural Environment Service Coordinator in 2021. His expertise also enables him to play a key role as an SMI and Nature Pact auditor and trainer for the Skills Centre.

“LSC360 has always emphasised listening and professional development, which has allowed me to fully invest myself in large-scale projects. As a partner, I want to contribute to strong and structured sustainable development by strengthening our environmental commitment,” explains Marco Huemann.

Sarah Weidert – Service Coordinator | Quality, Safety, Environment

Sarah Weidert joined LSC360 in 2018 as an intern for her final thesis on energy audits. Hired on a permanent contract, she quickly progressed, joining the energy department and then the commodo-incommodo department. Her career path naturally led her to her current position as Service Coordinator in 2021.

“LSC360 has allowed me to develop my skills and participate in ambitious projects. As a partner, I am determined to promote sustainability at the heart of our strategy, particularly in the context of our international development, says Sarah Weidert.

Estelle Kirsch – Service Coordinator | IT

Estelle Kirsch joined LSC360 in 2018 as an administrative assistant in the IT department. Thanks to her legal skills and training in data protection, she quickly took charge of the company’s GDPR compliance. In 2020, she became Coordinator of the IT department, where she coordinates projects and supports the company’s legal management.

“This rewarding career path has allowed me to contribute to the digital evolution of LSC360. My goal as a partner is to structure an internal legal department to strengthen the compliance and security of our projects, says Estelle Kirsch.

Marianne Leineweber – Service Coordinator | Data & Support

A specialist in water resource management and environmental issues, Marianne Leineweber honed her expertise in Germany before joining LSC360 in 2021. Driven by a desire to combine performance and sustainability, she is fully committed to the development of methods and quality standards.

“I am convinced that innovation stems from dialogue and mutual understanding. My goal as a partner is to strengthen the exchange of data and projects, integrating sustainable approaches and high-performance tools to shape solutions tailored to the challenges of tomorrow, explains Marianne Leineweber.

Joe Frisch – Service Director | Structures

After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and studying engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern, Joe joined LSC360 in 2020 as a Project Manager. In April 2022, he was appointed Service Coordinator, before becoming Service Director Structures in November 2024, following the merger of the entities.

Convinced of the key role of artificial intelligence in engineering, he aims to position LSC360 as a pioneer in this field. “AI is an incredible opportunity to optimise our work and enrich our services. My goal is to make LSC360 a benchmark in this transformation.”

Hugo Hellebrand – Managing Director | BFH-Ingenieure GmbH

Hugo joined LP Engineering Deutschland in 2015 as a project engineer. In 2021, he took over the management of BFH-Ingenieure GmbH, strengthening his expertise in project acquisition and strategic team management.

“Joining LSC Engineering Group has allowed me to work on diverse projects and contribute to the group’s growth. My goal as a partner is to strengthen our market position and continue to offer comprehensive solutions to our customers, explains Hugo Hellebrand.

A clear and ambitious strategic vision

The arrival of these new partners is part of LSC360’s development strategy, which is based on several pillars:

  • Innovation: investing in high-performance tools and new approaches to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
  • Multidisciplinary expertise: offering integrated engineering covering the entire project life cycle.
  • Sustainability: supporting the ecological transition and integrating more responsible practices.
  • Skills development: encouraging teams to develop their skills in order to strengthen technical excellence.
  • Targeted expansion: identifying markets and growth opportunities in Luxembourg and internationally, based on strategic partnerships.

“These appointments demonstrate our commitment to structuring our development on solid foundations. LSC360 is now a brand recognised for its expertise and capacity for innovation. These new partners will play a key role in continuing to grow our company, as part of a sustainable and ambitious dynamic,” emphasises Carl Kleefisch, Managing Director.

With this new step, LSC360 reaffirms its commitment to developing forward-looking, 360° engineering, driven by passionate and committed experts.
